Property Maintenance Reminders

As part of routine HOA inspections, please review the following maintenance expectations, effective immediately, to help maintain community standards and avoid potential violation notices or fines. This list includes, but is not limited to, the following items:

Home Exterior Cleaning: All sides of the home should be pressure washed as needed to maintain a clean appearance.

Lawn & Landscaping Maintenance: Grass, bushes, and landscaping must not be overgrown. This includes proper edging, trimming, and general upkeep.

Street Parking Compliance: Vehicles parked on the street in violation of HOA guidelines must be removed. Failure to comply will result in fines and towing at the homeowner’s expense.

Trash and recycling containers: All garbage and recycling containers must be stored in the rear of the property and screened from public view, except when placed curbside for scheduled collection.

Fence Repairs: Any broken or damaged fences visible from the street or public areas must be repaired promptly.

Mailbox Maintenance: Mailboxes should be repainted and maintained as needed to ensure a neat appearance.

Window Shutters/Blinds: Shutters must be properly installed and maintained, with paint kept in good condition. Blinds visible from public view must be presentable.

Property Cleanliness: Remove any materials, garbage, or personal items that are visible from the street or public view.

Pet Responsibility: (1) For the safety of all residents, dogs are required to be on a leash at all times. (2) Dog owners are required to promptly pick up and dispose of pet waste from all areas, including private property and community common areas.

We appreciate your prompt attention to these matters and your continued commitment to maintaining the quality and integrity of our community.

Sincerely,
Hamiltons Crossing HOA / ACC Members
