Homeowners are required to submit a Modification Request Form to the HOA board for any modifications to their home. No work may begin until written approval is received.

Homeowners must make an effort to keep their yard clean and well-maintained. Important to remember frequent mowing of grass.

Residents have been parking their vehicles haphazardly on the street, causing inconvenience to other drivers and making it difficult for emergency vehicles to pass through. This can be a safety hazard and may result in delays during emergencies.

We request your cooperation to be mindful of where you park your vehicle on the street. 

It's important for homeowners to be aware of their speed while driving in our subdivision, as it is often an area with children and pets playing outside. Driving at at or below the speed limit can help reduce the risk of accidents and ensure the safety of our community. 

Important to pressure wash your homes to get rid of mildew buildup and maintain a clean appearance.

Residents are responible for the maintenance of the exterior of their homes. It's Important to help keep our community presentable.

Gwinnett County has a leash law requiring all dogs to be on a leash out in the community.  
Please secure your animals either within your fenced yard or on a leash when they need to go outside.
