Lawn & Landscaping Maintenance: Grass, bushes, and landscaping must not be overgrown. This includes proper edging, trimming, and general upkeep.
Street Parking Compliance: Vehicles parked on the street in violation of HOA guidelines must be removed. Failure to comply will result in fines and towing at the homeowner’s expense.

Fence Repairs: Any broken or damaged fences visible from the street or public areas must be repaired promptly.
Mailbox Maintenance: Mailboxes should be repainted and maintained as needed to ensure a neat appearance.
Window Shutters/Blinds: Shutters must be properly installed and maintained, with paint kept in good condition. Blinds visible from public view must be presentable.
Property Cleanliness: Remove any materials, garbage, or personal items that are visible from the street or public view.
Pet Responsibility: (1) For the safety of all residents, dogs are required to be on a leash at all times. (2) Dog owners are required to promptly pick up and dispose of pet waste from all areas, including private property and community common areas.
