Your HOA is Hamiltons Crossing HOA (Homeowners Association). Our mailing address is P.O. Box 1632, Buford, Ga  30515-8632.

Your HOA Board is comprised of a President, Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer. They are elected members of the neighborhood. They are not officiated by a Management Company and Board Members are not compensated. They are strictly volunteer officials here to serve our community. 


We feel that by keeping our governance within our community we will be better served as a neighborhood and allow for more flexibility. We are not in the business to make money or extend an overreach. We are here primarily to maintain the integrity of our neighborhood appeal, property values and oversee the Covenants and By-Laws as required by State and County law. HOA’s are set up by Developers and filed with the state.


Every legal owner listed on a respective property deed is a member of our HOA and entitled to voting rights. Voting rights may and will be suspended for non-payment of dues and/or “Special Assessments” and fines.


The dues for 2025 are $250.00 paid annually. Dues are due and payable January 1st of each year and run thru December 31st of the current year. They are collected in advance for the purpose of budgeting repairs, maintenance, insurance, entrance lighting and irrigation, taxes and other requirements as deemed by the Board. 


Homeowners will receive their invoices via mail, and reminders will also be available on the website. Any dues that are not paid by the due date will be forwarded to our attorneys for collection. Homeowners may incur additional fees for late payments.


The Board is currently evaluating quotes from various vendors and is diligently searching for the most budget-friendly solution for the detention pond. If you have any questions regarding this process, please reach out to us at hoahamiltoncrossing@gmail.com.
